By far one of the best gyms I have been to. Equipment is always available and clean. The owner, Vinnie, is extremely intelligent and is one of the few people I have met that gives advice and help based on a personal level and not just cookie cutter exercises. He and his staff provide the knowledge base and know-how that can help ANYONE to achieve their fitness goals. My personal favorite is that they open early (6am) and that they have many unique bars and machines that cannot be found anywhere else!
